Scheduled agents close quiet runs and remember the last one
A Scheduled agent run that finds nothing to change now closes itself as Nothing to publish, and each repeating run starts from what the run before it found.
Since 26 October, a Scheduled agent run that checks your accounts and finds nothing to change closes itself, marked "Nothing to publish". Before, every quiet run stayed open until someone published or discarded it, so weekly checks piled up as open chats that nobody needed to act on.
This only happens when nobody has written in the run and it has nothing waiting to publish. A run that changed a page, staged an ad change or asked you a question still waits for you, as before.
Repeating runs now also know about the run before them: when it started, whether it was published or discarded, and where to read what it found. So a weekly review compares this week with last week instead of reviewing the same days again.
A run that does not publish its own work no longer tells you a report is saved in Knowledge when it is only waiting for you to publish. What you see in the chat matches what has actually been kept.
