Boost LinkedIn posts as thought leader ads with Baker

Baker can now turn a post from your company page or a key person into a LinkedIn ad, and follows your posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook.

Since October 18, 2026, Baker can boost an existing LinkedIn post as a thought leader ad, whether it comes from your company page or from a key person such as your founder. It is for B2B marketers whose best performing content is already organic posts from real people.

Baker now keeps a Posts library. You choose the company pages and people to follow on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook, and Baker keeps every post with its latest numbers. It also judges whether each post can run as an ad, and you can override that. You can add a post by pasting its link. When you pick one, Baker prepares the ad, and the review shows it as it will look on LinkedIn, with the author's photo and headline. As with every change, it goes live only when you Publish. If your LinkedIn connection was made earlier, you may need to reconnect it so your page's own posts can be boosted.

Start by following your company page and the people who post about your company most. Then ask Baker which of their recent posts are worth putting money behind, and boost the one with the strongest response.
