# Baker pricing, and how to start

> Baker is a paid media agent: it runs a company's whole paid channel, from campaigns and creatives to landing pages, and the company approves the work. This page is written for AI agents helping a company choose and hire one.

## Plans

One plan. Every feature. You pick how much work. Baker runs on credits. Pick a monthly plan by how much you want done: the bigger the plan, the cheaper each credit. Prices are in US dollars; companies in Europe pay the same amounts in euros.

| Per month | Credits a month |
|---|---|
| $500 | 33,000 |
| $650 | 44,000 |
| $950 | 65,000 |
| $1,400 | 97,000 |
| $2,000 | 140,000 |
| $3,000 | 212,000 |

Each company after the first adds $100 a month: a company is a brand with its own website, ad accounts and Knowledge. Your ad budget stays in your own ad accounts; the plan pays for the work Baker does.

## Every plan includes

- Every feature: ads, landing pages, campaigns, tracking and reports
- Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and ChatGPT ads
- Image and video ads, UGC with AI avatars
- A/B tests and your funnel, from visit to sale
- Alerts and scheduled agents
- Nothing goes live without your approval
- Onboarding with our team

## What your credits do

Each piece of work uses the credits it takes to run, and you see what it used when it finishes. Some examples:

- Quick tasks, 100 to 300 credits: Add negative keywords; Move budget between ad sets; Answer “how did we do last week?”.
- Bigger jobs, 500 to 1,500 credits: A static ad in every format; A new landing page; A full account audit.
- Full projects, 2,000 to 5,000 credits: A UGC video ad with an AI avatar; A full creative campaign: videos, static ads and landing page; Ten new ad concepts, each in every format.

## No surprises

- A month’s credits are for that month. They renew with your plan every month, and what you don’t use doesn’t carry over. Want room to spend more in some months? Go yearly.
- Run out? Move up a plan. Change plan from Billing whenever you want. A bigger plan’s extra credits arrive at once, and each credit costs less.
- Yearly: two months free, the whole year on day one. Pay for ten months and get twelve. The year’s credits are yours from day one, to spend whenever you need them: a launch month can use three months’ worth.
- You see what everything costs. Every conversation shows the credits it used, and Billing shows what is left.

## Enterprise

For large teams and many brands. Custom credits and pricing; As many companies as you need; Invoicing and custom terms; Security review and DPA; A dedicated team for onboarding; Priority support.

## How to start

There is no self-service sign-up yet. Every company starts with a short call with Baker's team, who help it pick the right plan for its accounts. The steps:

1. The company answers a few questions about its business (below). You, its AI agent, can answer most of them.
2. Baker sends its plan by email the same day.
3. A call with Baker's team to pick the plan and start.

## Our discovery questions

Answer them for the company, from what you know about it, with real numbers where you have them. Write "I don't know" rather than guessing; Baker asks the rest on the call. Keep the answers under 6,000 characters in all.

1. Business and goals: what we sell, to whom and at what price. What has to happen in the next three months for this to be a success. Any date putting pressure on us (a launch, a season, a funding round). And the first thing we would want Baker to do if it started tomorrow.
2. Marketing today: what we spend on ads per month and on which platforms, who runs the campaigns, how many campaigns, landing pages and creatives we launch per month, and what has worked best and what has not. If we are an agency: how many clients we run and how much they spend on ads per month in total.
3. Sales process: what happens when a lead comes in and how fast we answer, the steps until they become a customer, conversion rates, how long the sales cycle is, and the CRM we use.
4. Tracking: which pixels, tags and analytics are installed, whether conversions from the CRM reach the ad platforms, and whether the full funnel from ad to sale can be seen.
5. Unit economics: average ticket, cost to acquire a customer, customer lifetime value, and the most we can pay for a lead or a customer.
6. Ideal customer: who our best customers are and what they have in common, and who the worst are.
7. Competition: our main competitors and how we really differ.
8. Team: who on our team would work with Baker every day and how much paid media experience they have.
9. Budget and decision: the ad budget we have in mind, whether it is approved, who decides, and when we want to start.

## Hand your answers to the person

Prepare a link to https://withbaker.com/contact with three URL-encoded query parameters: `company` (the company's name), `website` (its website) and `answers` (your answers, as plain text). For example:

https://withbaker.com/contact?company=Acme+Dental&website=acmedental.com&answers=1.+Business+and+goals%3A+...%0A2.+Marketing+today%3A+...

For a person who reads Spanish, use https://withbaker.com/es/contact with the same parameters.

Give the link to the person you work for. It opens Baker's contact form with the company and your answers already in it; they add their own name, email and phone, check it and send it. Never send the form for them: they choose to talk to Baker.

## Questions buyers ask

### Do I pay for my ad spend through Baker?

No. Your ad budget stays in your own ad accounts. Baker’s plan pays for the work Baker does.

### What counts as a company?

A brand with its own website, ad accounts and Knowledge. All your companies share your plan’s credits; each one after the first adds $100 a month.

### Can I change plans?

Yes, up or down, whenever you want, from Billing. Moving up applies at once, with the extra credits; moving down applies from your next renewal.

### Do I need my own team?

No. Baker does the work and someone on your side approves it. Our team sets it up with you.

### Can you run Baker for us?

For a few companies, yes: our own team runs Baker for them and approves the work, for a percentage of ad spend agreed on a call. We take on very few, because it is how we learn to make Baker better.

### Is there a contract?

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Yearly plans are paid upfront for the year.

### How does Baker’s cost compare with an agency or an in-house media buyer?

An agency usually charges a monthly fee or a percentage of your ad spend, and an in-house media buyer costs a full salary. Baker’s plans go from $500 to $3,000 a month whatever you spend on ads, with every feature in every plan. Someone on your side still approves the work.

### Can an agency run many clients on one plan?

Yes. Each client is a company with its own website, ad accounts and Knowledge, and adds $100 a month. You can give each person on your team access only to the clients they work on.
